False Alarm

Take a look at the screenshot below. You see a good line with about 3 touch points and then price breaks through. However, no big move happens right away. You may get a little anxious and close out of the trade and wait for a better opportunity. Or you may decide you'll wait it out for a little while with your stops and limits safely in place. A few hours later and woo hoo! You are in the pips. But if you did not take profit right away, the price just turned around and went north and STOPPED you out buddy! Sorry, it happens.. This is trading and I can't make it perfect for you. That's why I keep stressing you have to learn the basics of trading on your own. I'm just showing you a method that will get you in the pips over and over and over again. You COULD HAVE made pips with this particular trade below if you took it. You could also have been stopped out. Ok? Let's move on now.. By now you should be starting to be able to spot good trendlines that will lead to breakout trading opportunities.
